My name is Mel I run this business solely on my own, I am an online business only based in Rugby Warwickshire with no physical shop.

I started this business over 20 years ago due to a serious medical condition that stopped me from doing the job I loved, I believe in good old fashioned customer service, something that is sadly missing from a lot of retailers these days.

All items are carried in stock and can usually be dispatched within 24hrs of purchase Monday to Friday excluding holidays and weekends, being a small family business I am limited to the amount of stock I can carry, this means for larger orders or multiple orders for the same product there could be a slight delay in dispatch, if for any reason there is going to be a delay or an item is out of stock we will notify you by email with an estimated dispatch time.

All personalised items are engraved in-house by myself which allows for a quick turnaround and again orders are dispatched usually within 24hrs depending on the size of the order.
